Fino De Aroma premium cocoa beans - Criollo varieties (Barlovento region from Venezuela) are responsible for the rich chocolate aroma and taste in this bar. The best varieties of cocoa grow in Venezuela - Criollo. With a delicate fruity taste, floral notes, bitterness and a nutty aftertaste. In Europe, they are considered one of the most prestigious and rare, as the harvest is only 0.4% of the world's volume.
And for a light coffee taste, we use lightly roasted, freshly ground coffee beans from the Los Sanchez Huehuetenango region of Guatemala with a mild and sweet taste of honey bread and notes of a refreshing apple aftertaste.
