Freeze-dried raspberries
Freeze-dried raspberries got all the health benefits of fresh raspberries. Berries and fruits undergo a shock freezing process, with 97-98% of moisture being evaporated. As a result, we get a crispy, aromatic and tasty product. To obtain 1 kg of sublimation, you need to process from 7 to 10 kg of fresh raspberries on average.
Nutritional (food) value of 100 g of the product: proteins - 5.1 g, fats - 0.2 g, carbohydrates - 63.2 g. Energy value (caloric content) 100 g of the product: 275 kcal.
Storage conditions: dry room, temperature not exceeding +20 C, relative humidity not exceeding 70%, preferably in a sealed container.
