Cocoa mass (100%) from natural, high quality and fragrant Fino De Aroma beans. The genetic variety of cocoa beans is a hybrid of Criollo & Forastero Amelonado. Taste profile: pronounced chocolate aroma with fruity and citrus notes.
Only well-fermented cocoa beans and gentle roasting are used. As a result, our cocoa liquor lacks bitterness and astringency. The particle size in standard cocoa liquor is usually 70 - 150 microns. Our cocoa liquor has a fineness comparable to chocolate - 30 microns.
